The Design Concept

First Improvement

A streak calendar was added to make tracking goals easier.

The navigation button was changed.

Helps promote users to stay consistent on their goals when they can visually track it

I began my final project, by playing around with the idea of the app. After spending two weeks on testing the ease of use, usability and overall app functionality; it left me with the following design changes:

Second Improvement

A home page was added where users could track their activities and add more.

“I am busy today” feature was added to the page where the user could push back their alert in case something came up.

Third Improvement

Unneccessary icons were removed and the design was made more imtutive and straight forward.

The Process..

White Paper Research

A Personal Accountability System That Will Change Your Life

The American society of training and development found that, people have 65% chance of completing a goal if they commit to someone.

If they have a specific accountability appointment with someone, it increases their chances of success by up to 95%.

User Interviews

I interviewed 8 people about their personal goals and we found

My interviewees were 3x more likely to succeed when there was accountability for their goals.

User Persona + User Journey

Competitive Analysis

Who will hold you accountable?

I looked at 4 different products each with unique selling points and many similar qualities between them.

The most popular method was the checklist and there were 5 products that used this strategy. These products didn’t have any method of evaluating whether they are working or not.

Not a single one of the products featured an accountability partner.
